Man pleads not guilty to Dale Partington murder in Snaith

A MAN has denied murdering a 27-year-old East Yorkshire builder in Snaith, near Goole.

Leon Rushworth, 37, today pleaded not guilty to the murder of Dale Partington.

As previously reported by the Mail, Mr Partington, who worked as a bricklayer and lived his whole life in Snaith, was found stabbed to death in a passageway, yards from his front door.

Mr Rushworth has been remanded in custody and will stand trial at a later date.
