Missing Patrington Haven man found
AN EAST Riding father-of-one who was missing for more than two weeks has been found safe and well.
Humberside Police said Glen Fry, who had been missing from his home in Patrington Haven, had been in contact with his partner Marie Casey, 35.
She had raised the alarm on May 14 after returning home from work to find Mr Fry and his car gone.
The 45-year-old diabetic, who had left without taking his medication or bank cards, contacted Ms Casey on Saturday evening to say he was in the Scottish Highlands after seeing her appeals in the media.
Detective Inspector Pete Francis of Bridlington CID said: "It appears that the pressure has got too much for Mr Fry and he has needed to take a break.
"The couple are now looking towards the future."

Not quite as chuffed about the waste of police time and public money wasted on looking for you when you went off on a hissy fit. As a diabetic myself I am intrigued how you managed since you supposedly did not take any medication with you??? Next time, do us all a favour, and leave a "Dear Marie - I have gone for a holiday and I have got my medicine" note will you.”
