A MARRIED mum-of-three became pregnant after having sex with a schoolboy while also having a relationship with his brother.

Claire Louise Roundill, 32, supplied the 15-year-old boy with cannabis and sent him naked photographs of herself before driving him to Hessle Foreshore to have sex.

Roundill claims she was initially unaware of his age but had sex with him again when she knew he was under the age of consent.

Hull Crown Court heard she was also having a relationship with his 17-year-old brother at the same time and became pregnant, not knowing which teenage boy was the father of her unborn baby.

Now, Roundill has been given a nine-month prison sentence, suspended for two years, after admitting having sex with a child.

She must also sign the Sex Offenders' Register for ten years.

Judge John Dowse told her: "The court must mark its displeasure at this offence. You now have a criminal record for the rest of your life."

Hull Crown Court heard Roundill continued her affair with the boy after he turned 16.

The younger of the two brothers claims she bombarded him with up to 100 text messages every day and sent him six images of herself naked or in sexy outfits.

Prosecutor Jharna Jobes said: "On the first occasion they had sexual intercourse, she did not know he was 15 but she accepts she discovered he was 15 and went on to have sex with him again.

"During this time, the defendant was also in a relationship with his brother. She became pregnant."

The prosecutor said Roundill sent the younger brother text messages, asking to meet up, and pictures of her naked breasts.

"They met up and drove to Hessle Foreshore and had sex in her car. The relationship carried on after he turned 16.

"He said she told him she was pregnant and was not sure which brother was the father."

The court heard Roundill had an abortion after discovering she was pregnant.

The 15-year-old boy told the police he had bought cannabis from her and smoked it in her house.

In the teenager's victim impact statement, he said: "I'm really relived she has pleaded guilty and it is finally over."

From the moment she entered the dock, Roundill, of Anlaby, wept as details of her relationships with the young boys were revealed.

Her barrister Charlotte Baines said: "She accepts when she first had sex with him she did not know he was under the age of consent. She accepts she had sex with him a second time in the knowledge he was just short of his 16th birthday. There was some sort of relationship between the two of them.

"She openly admits she had cannabis at her house, he asked her to 'sort him out' and she did."

Ms Baines said Roundill was having "a difficult time" in her life when she embarked on the relationships.

"She was suffering financially and her marriage was in real trouble," she said. "She is not the type of defendant the court needs to send to prison immediately."

Roundill pleaded guilty to sexual activity with a child, supplying cannabis and possession of the drug.

Judge John Dowse suspended Roundill's prison sentence but said her crimes would be "hanging over" her for the next two years.

He said: "You befriended these two boys and, at some stage, sent photos of your naked chest to this boy who was only 15 when you first had sex with him.

"The court recognises that the law was imposed by Parliament for a reason and that is that adults are not to take sexual advantage of children and that is what he was.

"What is said to me is that these proceedings have had a marked effect on you but these events have had a marked effect on the boy as well. You became pregnant not knowing if he or his brother was the father.

"You will have the matter hanging over you for another two years. Any other blip and you are going to prison."
