Not In My Neighbourhood campaign
Police in the East Riding have launched a five-week operation to tackle major problems across the region.
The Not In My Neighbourhood campaign is a co-coordinated operation to bring offenders to justice, through arrest warrants and tackling neighbourhood concerns.

Action began in Bridlington with a series of raids around the town.
The start of the operation has been hailed a success after £7,000 worth of heroin was discovered in a raid in Priory Walk and around £500 of the drug found in Richmond Street.
In total, five people were arrested and one has been charged with drug offences.
Another has been cautioned.
Police in the town also rounded-up people wanted on warrants for failing to attend court hearings, resulting in one arrest.
Officers were out on Bridlington's roads all last week armed with speed guns and speed boards to clamp down on speeding motorists.
Police also took to the streets at the weekend to tackle underage drinkers and deal with anti-social behaviour.
Inspector Richard Kirven, from Bridlington neighbourhood policing team, said the operation has already been worthwhile.
He said: "It highlights the important part that intelligence can play in policing and we are particularly interested in hearing about drugs raids.
"Members of the public may be able to provide the final missing piece of the jigsaw that we need."
Over the next four weeks, officers till be stepping up action in Beverley, Goole, Cottingham and Holderness.
Chief Inspector Paul Cunningham said the operation sent out a positive message to the community.
He said: "The aim of this operation is to show local residents across the whole of the East Riding how their local police officers are listening to their concerns and taking prompt action.
"We intend on maximising our effectiveness by preparing arrest warrants, gathering intelligence and speaking to local residents regarding significant neighbourhood issues."
Police in the East Riding are appealing for any people wanted on warrant to hand themselves in before officers arrive at their doors.

“Neighbour, Hull, do you go round with your eyes shut, if there is one thing Gypsyville does not lack it is police patrols. I will credit them with that, police patrols are not lacking by any means around any of that area. But i would safely say that you would consider two 7 year olds playing football within 100 metres of your property a major issue. But if your referring to the kids the corner of the roundabout opposite the shops, it is the folk living there that allow kids to congregate, though whether they smke dope, what ever that is i don't know.”

“It highlights the important part intelligence can play in Policing,YES lets face it if your policeman has an IQ of 5 he is not going tocatch many crims..OK make that 3..i suppose he will still be smarter than most of our local crims.”
