New homes plan for East Riding College's Molescroft land
Outline plans to build 36 homes on East Riding College land have been resubmitted.
The college wants to build the properties on land at Gallows Lane, Molescroft, near Beverley.
The scheme would involve building a mixture of two-storey four and five-bedroom houses.
In the design and access statement, the applicant says: "The development encourages a mix of accommodation with four and five-bedroom high-end properties.
Come and discover the wildlife at Blacktoft Sands nature reserve for just £6. Offer includes entry for 2 adults and up to 3 children, binocular hire and activities for children. Normal value £12.
Terms: Redeem voucher at visitor reception during opening hours, 9am to 5pm. Only, one pair of binoculars per voucher, customers will need to leave car keys as a deposit for binoculars.

Valid until: Saturday, June 15 2013
"This choice of accommodation has been tested in the market and is seen by potential developers of the site that these properties will be marketable in Beverley.
"There is provision of green space which links with Beverley race Course and the Pastures.
"It also provides an area of recreation for the people of Beverley."
East Riding Council's planning committee will consider the application in May.
