WEST Hull will have the experienced Brian Newby available for the National Conference NePremier Division clash at Wigan St Patricks.

Newby was sent off in the heated derby defeat at Skirlaugh last weekend.

But the hearing about Newby's suspension hearing is unlikely to be heard until the end of the month, so the versatile forward will be able to line up against the side who occupy the last of the play-off spots just three points above Wests.

A win for Mark Hewitt's men will see them cut the gap to one point with four games to go and also ease their relegation worries, such is the tight nature of the league.

Just six points separates Wigan in sixth and second bottom Hull Dockers in 13th.

Hewitt said: "It's so tight this season, I wouldn't be surprised if it went down to the last day of the season again."
