Olympic hero Victoria Pendleton reveals her glamorous side
After her amazing success at the Olympics, Victoria Pendleton is still enjoying the public's support in her latest role on Strictly Come Dancing.
Along with her partner Brendan Cole, she seems to be thoroughly enjoying this new challenge and has danced through dodgy footwork and a wardrobe malfunction.
One of the reasons we all love Strictly Come Dancing is the glitz and glamour. It's a great chance to dress up, add some sparkle and really go to town with hair and make-up. After years of pulling her hair back and wearing lycra, Victoria has embraced her glamorous side and looks amazing.
Her long dark hair is perfect for twisting and curling into some amazing styles on stage, but after the show, it looks equally as good left to fall naturally around her shoulders in a super-smooth style.

Dark hair always shines more than blonde, but it never hurts adding to the natural shine by using a glossing treatment. I recommend Only Takes A Minute from the Big Night Out range. It leaves your hair beautifully conditioned, silky-soft and with a gorgeous shine.
There are a couple of ways to get your hair smooth and sleek like Victoria's. The first is a really good blow dry. If you blow dry your hair straight, you will definitely get the best, most professional result. After shampooing, waft off your hair to get rid of excess moisture. Apply Big Blow Thicker Fuller Spray through your hair, or a handful of mousse for extra oomph.
Pin hair up and take out small sections at a time to blow-dry. While directing the air flow from the hairdryer down the hair, rotate the brush through each section to create movement and volume. When the section is dry, finish with a final blast of cool air to "set" the section in style. Do this through all of your hair, angling your brush forwards when you come to the front sections to help frame your face. Finish your style by rubbing a small drop of Glam Goddess Defrizz Shine Serum through your fingers and then through your hair.
The second method is with straighteners. Hair must be completely dry, as slightly damp hair will respond badly to straightening. Set the temperature control on your straighteners.
Most straighteners reach over 200°C, which is great if you have thick hair, but for most people 180°C is the ideal temperature. Section your hair into small, manageable sections. Spray each section with Heat Protection Spray and put your straighteners as close to the roots as possible and clamp them gently. Work them through the length of your hair slowly, keeping the iron moving right to the very ends. Continue, section by section until all of your hair is straight. Finish with a spritz of Bedazzled Anti-Humidity Shine Spray.
