POCKLINGTON 1st XV have a week off league rugby, giving them the chance to regroup for the run-in for the Yorkshire One promotion race.

Tomorrow the Panthers, currently in an East Yorkshire Premier Merit Table play-off final place, are away to Beverley, while the Pilgrims are at home to Hornsea at Feathers Field (3pm).

The England v Ireland international will follow on TV in the clubhouse, kick off 5pm, but Pocklington old boy Rob Webber will not be on duty at Twickenham.

He had to pull out of the squad after sustaining a shoulder injury in the closing minutes of the international in Paris, and will undergo an operation in London on Monday.
