Parents have been asked to pick up their children after a school was closed by a power cut.

St Nicholas' Primary School, in Cottingham Road, north Hull has been closed this morning by a power cut, affecting its heating.

Hull City Council say they do not know how long it will take to repair the problem but hope pupils will return tomorrow.
