BROUGH: Residents in the town are being urged to have their say about their healthcare.

Brough and South Cave Medical Practice has launched an online questionnaire to get patients' feed- back on their services.

The survey aims to provide feedback to the practice about the service it, and the NHS in general, provides.

The survey is completely confidential and anonymous and a patient's answers cannot be attributed to them personally in any way.

A very small number of questions are compulsory, including questions about when patients last saw a doctor or a nurse at the practice.

All other questions are voluntary to answer.

The survey should take between ten and 15 minutes to complete, depending on how much contact you have had with the practice over the past 12 months.

The practice will use the feedback from patients to improve services.

The questionnaire can be accessed by visiting www.PCC patientsurvey.co.uk/B81061

The closing date for the questionnaire is tomorrow.
