Paul Cooke: Hull KR can beat Bradford Bulls by eight
I'M going for a rejuvenated, confident Hull KR to complete a hat-trick of wins at Bradford today.
And looking at how both sides have fared so far this season, I think it is fair to expect plenty of points.
-

Top signing: Hull KR's Cory Paterson
Under new coach Francis Cummins, the Bulls look every bit a top-eight team.
They have claimed some outstanding scalps in the opening six rounds, most notably the away hammering of the league leaders, Huddersfield Giants.

Their results may have surprised many, me included, but I suspect not the men sitting in the Bulls' camp.
They seem a very confident group, playing some solid rugby under a coach who appears very much at ease in his role.
The Bulls are playing some fantastic rugby, scoring plenty of points.
Rovers, though, are improving week by week, and after their shock win over Warrington, it was vital that Craig Sandercock's men backed it up with another win at London. That they did with a first half display which put them out of sight at 30-6.
It was by no means easy on the eye, but who cares if you are red and white?
Sandercock knows his team have lots to work on, he is under no illusions they must be better most weeks to gain wins, but a win is a win and there were positives to build upon.
As usual the KR left edge is causing havoc for the opposition defences.
Marshalled by skipper Michael Dobson, and assisted by, in my opinion, the overseas player who has added the most to his team, Cory Paterson.
However with the inclusion of Travis Burns on the KR right, opposing teams now have much more to think about in defence when playing the Robins.
Burns gives the team more balance, and his pass for Greg Eden's try in the first half was sublime.
Keeping him on the field could well become just as vital as keeping skipper Dobson fit.
Discipline will be vital, but if KR get that right, I'm predicting a win by eight.

“kevsguitar,i think you need to add Wakefield to the list of teams battling for 7/8th place in S/L as they are a pretty good side, as an FC fan i am dissappointed with FC perfomances up to now , we had Pearson and Gentle saying that we are a top 4 team , well results to date have shown that they very clearly are not that and are an average side , FCs away form as been abysmal up to now wth 3 defeats and a draw and the way they are playing right now i cant see were an away wins going to come from evan London away next week is no gimmi as Fc alwas seem to struggle there anyway we can always hope for the best,RayFC.”
