Pedestrian and car in accident in Coltman Street, Hull

POLICE have been called to an accident involving a pedestrian and a car in Hull.

The accident, on Coltman Street, is near the roundabout and traffic officers are closing off Hessle Road towards Daltry Street.

A spokeswoman for Humberside Police said emergency services were called at 2.48pm today (Monday) and the male pedestrian is conscious.

An ambulance is being sent to the scene and the road will remain closed until further notice.
