Plane plan takes off
GOOLE: A high-flying project at the town's high school is one step closer to getting off the ground thanks to sponsorship.
The Spirit of Goole project, which will get underway next September, will see a group of pupils and staff build a fully operational aeroplane to provide flying lessons for pupils.
The academy needs to raise £50,000 by next June and donations are already coming in, including a donation of instruments from Dutch company JP Avionics.
