“As the Hull Daily Mail did not and have not changed their story we must beleive them against the evidence which is out there on the parents Facebook page, so they must have been taken "seen getting into the boys car" at 10:40 pm.
The HDM seem to use the wonders of Facebook on ever obit they report on but not for stories like this over weekends. Word of advice - HDM all the Facebook pages of all the people involved in this are WIDE OPEN easy to report on.”

“Pleased they are safe and well. Apologies for now sounding pedantic but @Kewstu seems to be contradicting themself. In one post you are correcting the HDM and stating the girls went missing at 3pm and not 10:40pm then in the next post critising the parents for letting them out at 10:40pm. I am a little confused to say the least :)”

“The Police did a superb job of finding them, they had the Number Plate of the car circulated on the ANPR all over the country, they knew they were heading for Blackpool, because of the Facebook coverage a B&B owner gave them a room and immediatly called the police.
Hopefully the girls will have learnt a lesson from all this.”

“Sadly, Kewstu, it is very difficult for some parents to control the conduct of their teenage children these days, as they are not allowed to discipline them in the way our parents and grandparents did. But I would still think that in these days of internet grooming, the police should take events of this sort much more seriously than seems to be the case here. (according to HDM's report)”

“Having said they was found safe and well in Blackpool questions must be asked of the parents letting a 14 and 15 year old out at 10:40 pm have they no control over their kids?”

“This story is inaccurate they went missing at 3pm and not 10:40 pm
They also went to Blackpool with two men they KNEW who have since been arrested.”

“2 young teenage schoolgirls get into a car with 2 older men at 10.40 at night and haven't been heard from for two days, yet police have no immediate concerns over the welfare of the girls. Am I alone in thinking that they should be VERY concerned?”
