Quick Click for public to report problems to council over bins and other services
A NEW self-service portal has been launched for people to report problems to North Lincolnshire Council.
The Quick Click North Lincolnshire service gives residents an opportunity to report issues relating to highways or neighbourhood services, such as bins.
After reporting the problem, the user is then updated on the progress of resolving it.
Councillor Carl Sherwood, the council's cabinet member for customer services, sport and leisure, explained the system to the authority's places scrutiny panel.

"It is a way of logging on with any complaint or query and it shows you each stage where we are."
Under the system, those who report a problem will get a return message to say council officers are responding to the issue.
They will be kept informed until the relevant work is complete.
