Rock chick Meg settles for versatile longer style
Interior designer Meg Matthews knows how to rock. She started working for Warner Brothers when she moved to London and looked after Betty Boo for a while.
She went on to run her own record label and it was then she met Noel Gallagher.

Ever since then, the glossy mags have followed her life through the ups and downs.
As a real rock chick, Meg has experimented with her hair over the years trying longer and shorter styles, brunette, blonde and everything in between.

She has now settled for a longer style and keeps it bright and light with lots of golden toned highlights. A style like this works well as it still gives her versatility to style in lots of ways.
At a recent event, Meg's waves looked beautiful – they looked very soft, natural and really shiny. All you need to style your hair like this at home is some Get Gorgeous Work It Girl Shine Protect And Control Spray and a Bad Girl Glam Wicked Waver. A Wicked Waver is really different to the normal Magic Wand – it has a graduating barrel width with wide parts and narrow parts which when your hair wraps around them, gives a really uneven and more natural looking wave.
Shampoo and condition your hair using my Big Night Out range – these won't make your hair too soft for styling and will ultimately make your waves last longer. Dry your hair completely before taking a large section of hair and spraying it lightly with Work it Girl.
With normal curls you would start wrapping the hair around the barrel from the roots, but for this style, you want to keep the root area smoother.
Put the Wicked Waver into the section at about eye level, wind the hair around the barrel and hold for a few seconds before unwinding. Do this through all of your hair, remembering the larger the section, the looser the wave. Always try to wind your hair back and away from your face as this is much more flattering.
When all of your hair is waved throw your head upside down. Rub some Flirty Fix Texturizing Polish through your fingers and then shake through your waves to separate, define and create a gorgeous dishevelled texture. A final spritz of Bedazzled Anti- Humidity Shine Spray finishes the look with a great shine and natural hold.
