Scunthorpe offenders sentenced by court

THE following cases have been dealt with at North Lincolnshire Magistrates' Court:

Matthew Hinson , 26, of Selby Court, Scunthorpe, pleaded guilty to failing to comply with the requirements of a non-molestation order. He was given a conditional discharge for 12 months and was ordered to pay a victim surcharge of £15 and costs of £100.

Jakub Swierczek , 31, of Berkeley Street, Scunthorpe, pleaded guilty to driving a motor vehicle while over the alcohol limit. He was fined £280, ordered to pay a victim surcharge of £28, costs of £85 and was disqualified from holding a driving licence for 17 months.

Nicola Meloney Ferguson , 38, of Burke Street, Scunthorpe, pleaded guilty to the possession of a controlled Class A drug. She was fined £110 and ordered to pay a surcharge of £20 and £85 costs.

Scott Douglas Rusiecki , 38, of Selby Court, Scunthorpe, pleaded guilty to theft, using threatening behaviour and the commission of further offences while subject to a conditional discharge. He was required to undertake Alcohol Activity for nine days at Humberside Probation Service, attend appointments with the probation service for six months and was ordered to pay compensation of £126 and a surcharge of £60.
