Celebrated American singer-songwriter Simone Felice will be bearing his heart and soul when he arrives in East Yorkshire.

Simone, who underwent life-saving open-heart surgery in 2010, will arrive at Pocklington Arts Centre in April, touring his new self-titled album, featuring songs inspired by his near-death experience. The record also features a collaboration with Mumford & Sons.

"This album is the one I've had buried away, somewhere in my weird heart," says the singer.
