Sone Aluko: Attacking formation suits Hull City's playing style
HULL City striker Sone Aluko believes boss Steve Bruce has found the perfect formation to bring the best out of his players.
And he says the Tigers' 3-5-2 shape shows Bruce is prepared to take brave decisions and stick with them.
Injuries forced Bruce to temporarily ditch the system recently, but the Tigers returned to the formation in style with an impressive 2-1 win at Bristol City on Saturday.
And Aluko – who already has four goals this season – says it is an approach which the players have bought in to, and are fully confident with.

"He's found a formation in 3-5-2, which a lot of managers wouldn't play, and it's been brave," Aluko said.
"People have criticised it but he's stuck with it. If the players don't believe in what we do then there's no point in turning up, you'd get beat every week.
"He's given us a formation to work with and we believe it can win us games. That gives you a lot of confidence."
Aluko's partnership with Jay Simpson up front has been key to the success of the shape, and the Nigerian international says they have a great understanding.
"We're on the same wavelength," he said
"He knows the way I play and how I come off and look to play one-twos. Jay's been top class."
