Why is the estate manager claiming that they are not from around there?"

“I have seen these birds many times whilst driving through Burton Constable Woods, infact, I have pictures of them on my phone. I am gutted to hear that these beautiful birds have been killed by a mindless, selfish being. Why is the estate manager claiming that they are not from around there?”
