Hubbard's pro' debut last year failed to get off the ground after his opponent failed to turn up, leaving the super-middleweight waiting until the next St Paul's show in March of this year.
Having beaten Jodie Meikle on his debut, Hubbard will make a long overdue return to the ring, confident of making up for lost time.

"My career got off to a frustrating start but that has just made me more determined," Hubbard told the Mail.
"In my first fight I maybe let that frustration boil over as I was a bit too aggressive. This time I'm going to show my skills, let my boxing do the talking for me and enjoy myself."
Hubbard wants to make a name for himself at super-middleweight. Fighting at 12st 10lbs this Saturday, he has to drop a sizeable amount in the future, but insists that's not an issue.
He added: "I've sparred with heavyweights and I know I've got the power, so at super-middleweight I think I can cause some damage.
"I've got one of the hardest punches in the division and dropping down a weight suits my style too because the fights are a lot quicker.
"When you make the swap from amateur to pro it is the speed that first takes so much to get used to. Dropping down will be quicker for me and that's where I'll be at my best."
