This year, the event will be moved out of the town centre to open grounds in the hope it will be bigger and better.
The move will also allow the organising committee to make a small admission charge for the first time.
It will now be held at the Market Weighton Football Club, between Goodmanham Road and Aspen Close, from 11am to 6pm on Sunday.
The festival, which has been held annually since 1996, is dedicated to the memory of William Bradley – dubbed the Yorkshire Giant – who lived in the 18th and 19th centuries and was Britain's tallest man at 7ft 9in.
The main arena will offer family entertainment throughout the day, including a pipe band, singers, entertainers and dancers.
Local bands will perform at the end of the event, from 4pm to 6pm.
The children's marquee will be returning with a Punch and Judy show, clowns and magicians.
There will be a fair and the special attractions this year will be steam train rides and a birds of prey demonstration.
There will be a third arena this year, with a brass band alternating with displays from the Market Weighton Cheerleaders.
Visitors will find a variety of food stalls and a beer tent to quench their thirst, together with the usual craft and charity stalls.
Keith Lowe, committee chairman, said: "We have managed to put together an event which offers fabulous entertainment for the whole family.
"The new site gives us much more space to provide everyone with a great day."
