Visitors will be able to get advice and find out about free local programmes, as well as picking up a free yo-yo.
HealthyRoutes service manager Mark Doughty said: "Recent research has shown yo-yo dieting to be associated with health risks that can led to type 2 diabetes, heart problems and high blood sugar levels.
"Plus, the overall effect on your wellbeing of going through such a harsh dieting regime only to end up back where you started is extremely demoralising."
Six in ten people made new year's resolutions to lose weight, but half of them will have given up within three weeks.
