Town tunes up for second blues festival
THE second Beverley Blues Festival will be held at the end of this month.
This year the three-day festival from Friday, October 26, to Sunday, October 28, will be held at two venues.

music: The Sun Inn, Flemingate, Beverley.
The inaugural festival centred entirely on the Sun Inn, next to the Minster. This year there will also be bands at Hodgson's public house, next to Beverley Leisure Complex.
On the Saturday evening, there will be a special ticket- only event at Hodgson's. Capacity is limited and tickets cost £7.50.

The events at the Sun Inn are free entry and take place from Friday evening and Saturday and Sunday afternoons and evenings.
There will be food served throughout both afternoons and more than 25 bands appearing.
The festival is a charity event to raise funds and awareness of Nordoff Robbins, which provides music therapy in the UK for people with a wide range of conditions.
