Veterans' water plea
BEVERLEY: An appeal has gone out for donations of bottled water to be given to veterans marching at this Sunday's Beverley Armed Forces Day.
Chairman David Elvidge said: "If, as we hope, our weather is once again hot and sunny, it will be a time that our veterans most need a drink."
