Workers have gone out on strike at Greencore Cakes and Desserts in Hull.
Dozens of employees gathered outside the factory in Amsterdam Road this morning.

Unite claims employees are losing up to £40 per week because of changes to their pay and conditions.
In a letter to Greencore CEO Patrick Coveney, Len McCluskey, Unite general secretary, said: "I would urge you to intervene with management and persuade them to do the right thing for those workers whose hard work and loyalty contribute to the profits that allow you to live a millionaire lifestyle."

“Dave_Navarro - The staff at this company agreed to a cut in overtime rates etc. The rate was supposed to be reinstated on an agreed date. The company didn't do this, but instead gave their managers a pay rise! So these managers are making money at the expense of the employees. I think I'd be striking in those circumstances!”
