Take time out to explore the medieval towns, relax in a café with a hot chocolate and watch the world go by or stroll around one of the many markets. You could pick up some bargains and local crafts or for those with a sweet tooth, visit the famous chocolatiers in Bruges for some delicious treats to take home.

Getting there is easy too. If you’re looking for an affordable, hassle-free break why not try a minicruise with P&O Ferries, travelling from Hull to Amsterdam, Rotterdam or Bruges. You’ll spend the first night on board in your own en suite cabin, followed by a day in the city of your choice (prices include return coach transfers) then enjoy another night on board with some great entertainment.

Amsterdam

One of the world's most beautiful cities, Amsterdam is famed for its beautiful canals, relaxed atmosphere and world-class museums. Rich with history and café culture, exploring Amsterdam is a true delight at any time of year, whether you are an art addict or prefer to warm yourself by a fire with a glass of wine in one of the city’s many restaurants and bars.

Rotterdam

Rotterdam is well known for its impressive skyline almost resembling a mini Manhattan with its distinctive architecture and its vibrant atmosphere. The city boasts a wonderful international atmosphere and big-city attitude. Take in the architecture, visit an exhibition or two and take the time to sample the local beers and special liqueurs on offer. Great shopping, exquisite cafés and restaurants, and a year-round programme of events and festivals make Rotterdam one of the great European cities.

Bruges

The renowned City of Romance, Bruges is an ideal location for a cultural city break. Walking through the streets there is an abundance of medieval culture to appreciate and a warm, friendly atmosphere to be soaked up, making Bruges perfect for tourists. The city is also home to contemporary culture such as the new Concert Hall - one of the most prominent music complexes in Northern Europe.

Sail in style

Enjoy a host of facilities on board when you sail with P&O Ferries. There’s a fantastic range of dining experiences with the Four Seasons buffet restaurant and The Brasserie. After your meal, you can relax in one of the stylish bars, take in a film in the cinema or even join the high-rollers in the casino. There is also live entertainment to enjoy, with a band playing every night, plus loads of great deals to be found in the on board shop.

Prices start from just £73 per person, and if you book and travel before 29th December and you can take advantage of P&O Ferries 2 for 1 offer – one pays, one goes free. Minicruises depart daily from Hull and include two nights en suite cabin accommodation and return city centre coach transfers.
