Websites were graphic, hardcore porn
Websites created by an East Yorkshire businessman who has been promoted by civic leaders were graphic, hardcore pornography.
Today the Mail reports how online publisher Paul Smith, who has been a member of a new partnership aimed at promoting Beverley's economy and tourism, has built thousands of pornography sites.

The websites were not soft porn.
The sites featured fetish and dogging sites, including "Indian ladies" and Japanese porn, showing naked women in degrading poses.
They also showed pictures of people involved in sexual acts.
A lot of the websites advertised teenage girls and offered viewers a chance to contact them.
The images on the websites were far more graphic then anything published in top-shelf magazines.
However, there is nothing to suggest any of the websites are illegal.
Illegal pornographic websites include those where children are involved.

“HDM nothing changes does it poor content and even worse editorial control. I belive this chap may be discribed as competion to you, well he couldnt be any worse. By the way i used to live in Hull and worked for a charity and i am Gay would you like to do a story on me? Typical poor quality journalists and half rate editors. Best of look in court because if you had done that to me i would drag you all the way to the high court.”

“'Ranter' - are you a HDM employee perchance? I was wondering if they would put a few on. Typical right wing rubbish. Do the HDM and other hypocritical profiteers of prostitution care whose wives or daughters they are taking money from?”

“Seedy Smith gave the impression he was a business man. The other sites he designed were for a "special" kind of thrill seeker. They may be legal, but he kept things secretive, whilst he made a few extra quid from exploitation of women.
Grubby little creep.”

“To design a web site all you do is set up a template. Eg. this window can hold 20 photos, this pane is for text and can fit 400 characters.
The designer has nothing to do with the content.
It would appear that in this case the editor has nothing to do with the content of his paper either!”
