Woman fined £75 for dropping litter in Hull city centre
A woman has been fined £75 for dropping litter in the city centre.
Charlene Pounder, 27, of Wingfield Road, east Hull, was charged with littering in Ferensway following an investigation by Hull City Council's neighbourhood nuisance team.

Ms Pounder did not attend the hearing at Hull Magistrates' Court, where she was ordered in her absence to pay the fine, as well as a £20 victims' surcharge and £100 costs.
Councillor John Hewitt, the council's portfolio holder for neighbourhoods and families, said: "People need to dispose of waste properly and can use any of the 200 waste bins across the city centre."
