Two free workshops are being held to help parents understand how they can help their children deal with bullying.

Bullying can have a negative impact on a child's work, health, self-esteem and confidence.

It can take many forms, including physical, or via text and the Internet.

The workshops are being held during anti-bullying week on Thursday, November 20, from 1pm to 3pm at the Treasure House and from 7pm to 9pm at Manor Road Health Centre.

To book a place on either workshop, call the extended schools team on (01482) 389092 or e-mail beverleyextendedservices@eastriding.gov.uk
