Youths snatch money from woman, 70, at Holderness Road cash machine
Thieves grabbed £100 from a 70-year-old woman as she withdrew it from an ATM in Holderness Road, east Hull, on Saturday.
Two teenage boys on bicycles were loitering behind the woman as she used the cash machine outside the Lloyds TSB branch.
One of the youths reached over the woman’s shoulder and snatched the money as it was dispensed.
The thieves then cycled off down Holderness Road and on to Morrill Street.

Well I never. I do not know why the HDM don't just state 'the despicable cowards that did this were wearing the nasty polyester uniform of all stinky criminal chavs nation-wide'. We all know exactly what they would mean. I think all leisurewear retailers should stitch electronic tags into their apparel and cut out the middleman. My thoughts to this poor lady. Hopefully the police will catch the human filth that did this.”

“It was near here a couple of years ago when a lowlife tried to steal my mum in laws purse but she was having none of it and lashed out with her carrier bag with tins in it and caught him sqaure in the face, later my wife told her to ring the police but she said no as she thought she would be sent to prison.”

“I expect they will have been caught on CCTV, however they have nothing more to fear than at most a suspended sentence and made to promise that they will never, ever do anything naughty ever again”
