Top accolade for innovative Yorkshire puds
FOOD: An innovative product from Hull-based Aunt Bessie's Limited has achieved the highest accolade in The Grocer New Product Awards.
The awards, the first of their kind, took place at the Wyndham Grand Hotel in London and rewarded outstanding FMCG innovation in both food and non-food product categories.
The family-owned frozen food company's Perfect For Sausage Yorkshire Puddings scooped an award win in the Frozen Savoury category.
Mark McDavid, managing director of Aunt Bessie's, said he was thrilled with the award.

Aunt Bessie's, which is owned by the William Jackson Food Group, launched the product in October last year.
