The warm tones add depth and the illusion of her hair being thicker than it really is and help disguise the root area in between salon visits.

It is always best to have your hair coloured in the salon, so ask your hairdresser to weave some light golden blonde tones through the top sections and keep the underneath rich with warm honey and toffee blonde shades.

Laura's waves look beautiful – very soft, natural and really shiny. All you need to style your hair like this at home is a Bad Girl Glam Wicked Waver and some Get Gorgeous Work It Girl Shine Protect and Control Spray.

This waver is different to the normal wands or tongs available – its undulating barrel shape means you get an uneven result and no two waves are ever the same.

Shampoo and condition your hair using the Big Night Out range – these will not make your hair too soft for styling and will ultimately make your waves last longer.

Dry your hair completely before taking a large section of hair and spraying it lightly with Work It Girl.

With normal waves you would start wrapping the hair around the barrel from the roots, but for this style, you want to keep the root area smoother.

Put the Wicked Waver into the section at about eye level, wind the hair around the barrel and hold for a few seconds before unwinding.

Do this through all of your hair, remember the larger the section the looser the wave.

Always try to wind your hair back and away from your face, to give a much more flattering result.

Rub some Texturizing Polish through your fingers and then shake through your waves to separate, define and create a gorgeous dishevelled texture.
