I needed an ice cream break!
With the summer now here, Pauline Sargent is busier than ever. Running her own ice cream company means she doesn't get much time to herself, especially during the holiday season.
Her son, Richard Swift, thought it would be nice for his mum to have a makeover – and a rare day off.
"She is a hardworking woman who has had a lot to deal with, as she lost her husband, Tony, to lymphatic cancer in July 2010," said Richard.
Pauline has tried to get her life back on track after Tony passed away and threw herself into her work, carrying on the business they had together.
