Bonfire night - what's on

Hull's annual free fireworks display will be launched from a barge on the River Humber at 7pm tonight.

The event runs from 6pm until 7.30pm and there will be food stalls and a children's fairground around the Marina area.

The bonfire on Beverley Westwood will be lit at 7.15pm tonight with the fireworks display at 7.45pm. A collection will be made towards cost.

Bridlington Lions bonfire and fireworks extravaganza at the Bridlington Lions Club from 7pm tonight. Adults £2.50. Under 16s free.

Humberdale Bonfire and Firework Display will be held at Humberdale Farm in Main Street.

Gates open at 6pm and the fireworks start at 7.30pm.

Admission is £10 per car or (walkers only) £3 per adult and £2 per child.

A fireworks display, barbecue and disco will take place at the Gardeners' Country Inn in Coniston tonight.

It will begin at 6pm and is free.

On Saturday there will be a bonfire and firework display at the Driffield Rugby Union Football Club in Kelleythorpe, Driffield at 7pm. Adults: £2. Children 5 to 16 years £1 and under fives free.
