Get passionate about training programme
AN INTEGRAL part of the Festival of Tourism will be a new round of Vhey's Yorkshire Passion training seminars, which run from March 4 to 8 at venues across the region.
Yorkshire Passion is a free training programme created by award-winning playwright John Godber, pictured.

Part play, part film and part factual, it is a fun approach that illustrates the central role people play in delivering quality customer service.
Since launching the scheme in 2008, almost 3,000 delegates have been on the course, representing a wide range of every sector of the industry, including five leading taxi firms and numerous small hotels and bed and breakfast locations.
