THE £215,000 Teenage Cancer Trust unit at Castle Hill opened in December, 2011.
The unit is in the Queen's Centre For Oncology and Haematology at the hospital.
It includes four beds, a kitchen, a bathroom and a recreational space, including a television, jukebox, pool table and games consoles.
There is also a quiet room for patients to relax.
