£3k raised for cardiac charity in Kevin's memory
MORE than £3,000 has been raised for charity in Kevin's memory.
An online fundraising page was set up to raise money for Cardiac Risk In The Young, which raises awareness of Sudden Adult Death Syndrome, provides medical information and offers support.
Although the cause of Kevin's death has not yet been confirmed, the family said they felt it was fitting to raise money for this part- icular charity as Kevin's heart had stopped.
So far, £3,245 has been raised, including contributions from runners who did not know Kevin but wanted to show their support.
