Not Impressed at all.

“ I decided to take my fiancé out for a meal, only to be highly disappointed. We agreed that we would try this restaurant after browsing the menu, only to be dissatisfied with the whole meal. We went out as a couple and ordered our meals together, only for them to arrive 10 minutes apart. When my partners meal arrived, it was not cooked to how we asked. They agreed to take his meal away and recook it to the requested taste, only to add a further delay in us enjoying a meal together. The rudeness and abruptness of the serving staff member leaves a lot to be desired, to the point where a customer service training course would not go a miss. The overall taste of my meal alone was bland, with 'chewy' chicken and highly overpowered in taste by coriander. The 'hot plate' was barely warm to the touch which meant the remainder of my meal then became cold. We feel we was highly over charged for everything and felt more rushed out of the door rather then welcomed to stay. We have put this last feeling down to us upsetting the chef by requesting something to be cooked slightly different (due to dietary requirements) from the 'traditional' Indian way. Overall, a disappointing meal. Certainly not value for money and certainly would not recommend to others. Certainly not even worth 1 star but I cannot warn you unsuspecting patrons without placing a 'star' rating. ”
