Saim Buri for lunch?

“ Upon recommendation our office orderd lunch from Siam Buri for the first time today, by 9.30am we were already having the discussion of what to have for lunch, the local sandwich shop was promtly ruled out by the carb free posse as was the cafe by the veggie team, so we have given Siam buri a try, the order was phoned through and 20 minutes later it was on our desk and we were eating whilst tweeting. It was really REALLY good, not to much to make you tired but enough to say you have eaten and even better no need to cook this evening. ”

Traditional Thai food fuses many different flavours and spices from different cultures to form one distinctive cuisine.

Early Thai food in Sukhothai and Attutthaya began as simple meat and fish dishes with rice, vegetables and salty sauces made from fish or shrimps. Over time Thai cooking began using influences from foreign cultures such as China and India and this traditional Thai food became the unique Thai flavours you find today.

Thai meals are traditionally a relaxed and informal affair, even in more affluent households. Steamed rice – either loose grained or sticky, depending on where in the country you are – forms the centrepiece, and soups, currys, spiced salads and other traditional Thai dishes are placed around the rice in order of preference. The meal is then usually finished with a Thai fruit for dessert.

Lovely Lunch, Great price, Lovely staff!

“I never thought I would really like Thai food not been a great lover of a lot of there main ingredients but having tried Siam Buri I am totally converted. The staff are lovely, food out of this world and also have a delivery service! Excellent!”
