Justin Morgan: 'It's pleasing to see friends do well in coaching'
Former Hull KR coach Justin Morgan hasn't been surprised by the success Andrew Webster has enjoyed since returning to coach in Australia.
Webster was Morgan's assistant for the majority of his time in charge of Rovers and he knew he would go on to greater things.
Webster is one of Australia's hottest young coaches after helping Wests Tigers under-18s win their first title in 30 years.
Other NRL clubs became aware of Webster's achievements and Parramatta Eels have signed Webster to coach their under-20s this season.

Morgan said it is the next step towards landing a bigger role in his coaching career.
"I'm not surprised by Drew's success," Morgan told the Mail.
"I have spoken to a lot of people about him and they can't say enough good things about him, and rightly so.
"I talk to Drew at least once a week. He is doing a fantastic job.
"Wests Tigers won the under-18s competition for the first time in 30 years against Canberra.
"I was at the game and while I was sad for my team Canberra, I was delighted for Drew.
"Now he is coaching Parramatta under-20s under Ricky Stuart.
"He will do well at my old club because he is a very good coach."
Ben Fisher is another player starting out on the coaching circuit in his assistant's role at London Broncos.
One of Morgan's first signings at the end of the 2005 season, Fisher proved to be a valuable servant to the club over the next six years and Morgan is delighted to see him working alongside the accomplished Tony Rea.
"Tony lives just round the corner from me in Canberra," Morgan added.
"We speak about things regularly and it will be great for Ben to work with Tony, who is vastly experienced. His knowledge of the game is excellent.
"Ben was named Scotland player of the year for 2012 so he has come on in the player-coaching role.
"It's a long way from meeting him in a train station at Leeds when we signed him from Halifax."
Whilst he is delighted to see his close friends go on to achieve their goals, Morgan expects more of his former players to do the same.
"I'm sure many will make the transition to coaching too," he said.
"I'm not satisfied for myself, I'm more satisfied for them.
"I saw the quality of people they are and how good they are in terms of their football knowledge.
"I'm very happy for both Drew and Ben."
