Forty seven jobs to go at Hull engineering firm
Forty seven jobs are to go from an east Hull engineering firm as it prepares to shift its operations abroad.
Trelleborg Protective Products, on Bergen Way, Sutton Fields, said today it was to close its East Yorkshire site and continue production in Lithuania.

The news comes just days after Northern Foods announced plans to close its Cavaghan and Gray site in Brighton Street, west Hull, in a move that could put up to 350 people out of work.
Northern Foods made the decision after losing a major order to supply ready made meals to supermarket chain Morrisons.
The latest round of cuts serves to further underline the importance of the Mail's Bounce Back campaign, which aims to bolster the local economy and provide support to those who have lost their jobs.
Swedish company Trelleborg, which makes advanced polymer industrial seals and protection products, said the move was due to a significant drop in orders.
