PROFILE:

Joined the club as a worthy replacement for his retired friend Mark O'Neill ahead of the 2008 season. A tremendous tackler for his size and equally dangerous in attack. Showed tremendous versatility by switching from the second row to stand-off mid way through the 08 season. He missed seven games because of a knee injury but he still managed to win both major player of the year awards at the end of the 2008 season.
