Twenty years honing his skills
NEVILLE Nicholson has spent years honing his skills to be able to run gun dogs.
He started out 20 years ago after visiting a game show and being impressed by the abilities on display.
East Riding born and bred, his day job is as a self-employed maintenance man and gardener working on static caravan sites along the coast.
On weekends, he and labrador Will head off to various shows.

The preparation means long walks on the fields near their Bempton home morning and night so the pair form a solid bond that can be tested at the shows.
But Will, like Neville's previous dogs, is no pet.
He lives and sleeps outside in a kennel and is fed a strict diet of dry dog food, rich in protein for the high season and lower over winter.
